Getting better...igniting the catalyst!

Been reading lately, got hold of 2 really interesting books. Both by the same author - Chandramouli Venkatesan. The first one is "The Catalyst" - this talks about how to add value to everything we do by consciously identifying a "catalyst". The idea is not to take for granted that spending time and effort over any activity or task will actually help us "grow". It is a common misnomer that if we put in "time" and "effort" at anything, we would automatically "grow". However, it was insightful to read that it is not always the case, we need to identify a "catalyst" that will make us be deliberate in our intent to make sure that we are adding value to the activity / task and ourselves.
